How to style your scarf this spring

Made in England Scarves

As a Hungarian-born, London-based designer, I feel privileged to be honing my craft in such a creative, buzzing city. Every day I gain inspiration from just walking around, whether that be the green and leafy Highgate suburbs or the bustling centre with its kaleidoscope of colours and movement. In honour of this Great British spirit, I wanted to talk about a few of my favourite scarves from the collections and how to wear them around the city for a beautiful statement look. Spring-Summer 2017 colour trends are all about the yellow, blue and green shades, which has inspired my post on how to get the perfect outfit of the day.

Going Green

The Room with A View scarf is your greatest sidekick for a casual weekend outing or Sunday brunch in one of London’s beautiful green areas. I love the vast, open spaces of Hampstead Heath where you can spend the day relaxing on the green by the water followed by a hearty meal in a local artisan café or traditional pub. This look brings together vibrant shades of green and primrose yellow for effortless style and a look full of sunshine.

Whiteout

It’s always good to have a go-to, chilled-out look for those days where you want to look fabulous without much effort. The Sky is the Limit is a versatile scarf that works to bring a neutral tone to a dramatic look or complement crisp white and ivory shades for clean, polished style. Wrap up in this chic style around the West End of London and past the spring blossoms in all their glory.

Shades of Blue

For those days where you’re feeling the blue style vibes, layer up in this classic, feminine ensemble and complete the look with a touch of Niagara and emerald shades courtesy of the Beyond The End scarf. This is a style that will easily take you from day to night, from lunch with the girls to date night at the theatre.

I hope you are enjoying this beautiful spring weather! Leona x
