How to wear the neckerchief?

I’m a big believer in the power and versatility of accessories to change up a look. That’s why I’ve recently introduced a selection of neckerchief scarves to my collections. Neckerchiefs offer a gorgeous ’50s style twist to any outfit. They show that you are a woman unafraid to play with your look and make an impact. I’ve created four neckerchief styles that spin off from my classic silk scarves. Click here to browse the collection.

Each one measures 66 x 66 centimetres and is made of 100% pure silk for comfort and long-lasting wear. While I love to see the different ways that my customers style their scarves, it’s always fun to provide a bit of style inspiration. So here are three of my favourite ways to wear a neckerchief...

Marilyn style

For a fresh look in summer and a fierce look in winter, go Marilyn on the situation. Think white from head to toe with cat’s eye sunglasses and a classic handbag. Then add the Daydream neckerchief and its beautiful, colourful aesthetic where shades of mystic purple, burnt orange, soft yellow and dreamy violet vie for attention.

Garden Party style

Another way to wear your neckerchief is to match colour with colour. I love the spring garden party style of this look where killer heels, breezy trousers and statement earrings in vibrant green are smoothed out by a soft white top. Your Storm neckerchief brings hot shades of blue and fuchsia into play with emerald, mint and yellow hues for a bright finish.

Chill Out style

One of the great things about the neckerchief is that it can be worn to dress up or dress down an outfit. It’s also handy for when you’re rocking a casual look and want to dress up with minimal accessories for maximum impact. Team a classic white boyfriend shirt with denim cut-offs for comfort and timeless style. Then add a metallic handbag and cat’s eye sunglasses, powerful white platforms and the Valencia turquoise neckerchief for a fashion job well done.
